These are a delicious low carb alternative to regular pancakes that kids and adults enjoy.
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1/4 cup coconut flour
4oz ricotta cheese (not reduced fat)
2 ts baking powder
2 ts vanilla extract
1.5 Tbs granular erythritol
1 ts organic lemon essential oil
Wisk together or blend add ghee or butter to a heated pan and cook to perfection.
