Our youngest daughter picked out a puppy as a Christmas gift for her, he was a rescue from animal friends of the valley. I’m a strong believer in adopt don’t shop, to be honest I was not thrilled to add a dog to the family, somehow I knew he would end up becoming my responsibility, little did I know how much this little boy was going to change my life. He was cute as a button and I was relieved that the duty of potty training him fell on my wife instead of me. Initially we were told he was a Pekingese Miniature Pincher mix. I think we ended up believing this for about 4 years until I saw a Japanese chin and realized that it was a much closer match.
